CLEANING
cleaning takes place the same day as your customer's departure. Due to its specificity, we provide cleaning services 7/7, 365 days / year. We can organize or move cleanings until the last minute. The price has not risen except May 1st.

Prices Include:

• New sponge, soap bar, 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 paper towel, 2 laundry tablets, 3 dishwashing tablets, litter bag and cleaning products.
• Under the supervision of our general housekeeper, the home team consists of twenty men and women in the hospitality industry who are trained in specific lease requirements.
• Everything is checked to avoid bad surprises.
• Our role is to clean all the traces left by tenants with previous hotel standards and methodology.
• For each household, the ecologist informs the organizations and owners of any important information, details or damage with liability diagnoses and photographs.

linen
We rent sheets and provide you with a full set of white and ironed linens and towels to suit your needs. We also provide laundry service for the owner of the bed linen. Delivery on time and address of your choice.

Whether you have your own linen or want to use ours, there is always a solution. The price of our home package includes all sheets for the maximum number of tenants in the apartment. We adjust the amount of sheets according to the length of stay.

Flat sheets and duvet covers for single and double beds, square and rectangular pillow cases, bath and hand towels, bath mattresses and kitchen towels. We can also provide pillows and mattress covers depending on the bedding of your apartment.

Owners:
If you already have all the sheets required for your apartment, Zante Cleaning Services can take care of the sheets that are cleaned on clothes. This is then recorded, counted and deposited under a unique reference number. After being washed, ironed and folded, it is placed in a plastic bag and stored in our warehouse until the next scheduled cleaning. The value is then determined for each track that is cleaned based on the compression speed. To ensure a good sheen rotation, you will need to give at least 2.5 times the amount of sheets for each bed and towels per person.

MAINTENANCE:
During each cleaning, a technician checks all the equipment in your apartment. Our vehicles are aggressive laboratories, equipped with all the tools and devices to immediately repair any malfunction (broken toilet seat, replacement or replacement of defective lamps ...) our interventions are classified as personal services with a 50% tax deduction. There are no surcharges on weekends and public holidays. The request for intervention shall be corrected on the same day, depending on the state of emergency.

• A team of professional plumbing technicians and electricians takes care of the maintenance of our real estate.
• According to emergency and call time, interventions are guaranteed on the same day.
• The apartment is monitored after each household. All small interventions (bathtub unblocking, burning lamps, remote control batteries) will be processed immediately.
• The vehicles are geo-localized for a better response.

Every emergency vehicle is a mobile workshop with all the tools and equipment ready for action on the same day. In addition to lamps, toilet bowls, power plugs and switches, shower curtains, special products etc. We can change a water heater, a toilet, replace the parquet after water damage or repair a window the same day of your call.

CHECK-IN SERVICE
We offer a multilingual service responsible for welcoming your tenants (organizing arrival, handling keys, explaining home appliances, inventory) as well as an "on line" service to respond promptly to any concerns your tenants may face during of their stay.

PURCHASE CLEANING:
25 € / hour, minimum 2 hours. Includes cleaning products and cleaning any day of the week.

STUDIO (2 PERSONS):
49,50 € after tax deduction. Includes cleaning hours, bed linen, towels, a pillow, a towel, all cleaning products. Reception products, 10 minutes maintenance if needed, design management. Valid 7 days a week and public holidays (except May 1st) 99 € Syndrome.

60,50 € after tax deduction. Includes cleaning hours, sheets for all beds, towels, bath towel, kitchen towel, all cleaning products, hosts, 10 minutes maintenance if needed, scheduling management. Valid 7 days a week and public holidays (except May 1st) 110 €

2 BEDROOMS (6 PERSONS):
71.50 € after tax deduction. Includes cleaning hours, sheets for all beds, towels, bath towel, kitchen towel, all cleaning products, hosts, 10 minutes maintenance if needed, scheduling management. Valid 7 days a week and public holidays (except May 1st) 130 €

FOR RENT - RENT:

25 € delivered to the address of your choice in Zakynthos. 2 sets the minimum for the order.

Set of single beds delivered to the address of your choice: flat sheets, duvet, 1 pillowcase, 1 towel and 1 hand towel.

18 € HT delivery to the address of your choice. 2 sets the minimum for the order.

ENTRY CHECK:

MAINTENANCE:
For intervention less than 10 minutes during household included in package price. Otherwise 40 € / hour, including travel.

ADULTS FOR RENT:
50 € sheets are included for one week stay, delivered to the address of your choice. 30 € HT per additional week.
